This policy covers the website at zwaystudios.com. Each app has its own page describing what that app keeps on your device and what, if anything, it sends elsewhere. Where an app has its own privacy policy, such as ZwayRank, that policy applies to the app.

What this website collects

This site has no accounts and no advertising, and it does not set tracking cookies. Our host, Vercel, processes standard request data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect against abuse, under its own policy.

The contact form

When you send the contact form or the early access form, your answers go to a private Google Sheet and to the studio's inbox. Before you send, the email address you type is checked with an email verification service so that replies reach you. Your answers are used only to reply to you and follow up on your request. They are never sold or shared.

The newsletter is opt-in only: you get it only if you tick the box, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Ask us to delete your details whenever you like.

Email

Beta requests and questions sent to hello@zwaystudios.com are used only to answer you and, if you asked, to send beta builds and release notes.

Our apps

Our apps are local-first by default: recordings, voice notes, videos, designs and disk contents are processed on your own device. When an app offers a cloud feature, it is off until you turn it on and it uses your own account or key. None of our apps show ads or include advertising trackers.
